The Hong Kong office is interested in hiring U.S.-trained practicing lawyers who have one to three years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Securities, Mergers & Acquisitions or Project Finance. Mandarin or Korean language capability is essential. Applicants for associate positions must have a U.S. J.D. or a U.S. LL.M. degree.

Some summer associates will have the opportunity to work in this office for a period of four weeks each.
